BTWin Consulting & Training was created to transform experience and knowledge into opportunities, security, and results.
Founded by Rui J. Klein, the firm brings together more than two decades of experience in national and multinational companies, with expertise in Strategic Purchasing, Negotiations, and Supplier Development, in addition to the international recognition of the Renault Group's Global Purchasing Award, received in France in 2020 from CEO Jean-Dominique Senard.
We believe that even highly structured companies have opportunities that routine doesn't always allow them to see. Therefore, we offer an external and independent perspective, combining experience, information, and methodology to identify opportunities, reduce risks, and bring greater security to decisions and results.
