Delivery, Refund and Event Cancellation Policy
PARTICIPANT CHECK-IN
Tickets are issued in the participant’s name. Therefore, a valid identification document, such as a Brazilian ID (RG) or driver’s license (CNH), must be presented together with the ticket to access the event.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Purchases are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, in accordance with Brazilian consumer protection law, provided that the refund request is submitted at least 48 hours before the event begins, allowing sufficient time for the ticket to be resold.
Refund requests must be submitted exclusively by email to contato@btwinconsulting.com.
Refunds may take 4 to 6 business days to appear on the credit card statement or bank account, depending on the financial institution.
A 3.1% processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
TICKET TRANSFERS
Tickets may be transferred to another participant, provided that the request is submitted at least 48 hours before the event by email to contato@btwinconsulting.com.
The event organizers will update the participant’s name on the check-in list.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
There is no age restriction for the event. However, the content is recommended for students aged 16 and over.
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or present written parental authorization, as the event is expected to end at approximately 10:30 PM.
EVENT CHANGES
If there are changes to the event, such as the date, time, or location, participants will be notified and may request a refund if they do not agree with the new arrangements.

Participants who require special assistance or have specific accessibility needs are encouraged to contact us through our communication channels so that we can provide the necessary support and ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.
EVENT DETAILS
The event will begin at 3:00 PM on August 4, 2026, with an estimated duration of 1.5 to 2 hours.
Location: Rua Gabriel Corisco Domingues, 348, Boqueirão, Curitiba, PR, Brazil.
The seminar will be led by the founder of BTWin Consulting.
Topics related to procurement and purchasing negotiations will be covered, including supplier portfolio development and management, procurement processes, basic analytical tools, negotiation models, and selected successful case studies.
