BTWin was born from the experience of its founder, Rui J. Klein Neto, built over more than two decades in national and multinational companies, working in Strategic Purchasing, Supply Chain, negotiations and supplier development.

His career includes national and international projects and the Global Purchasing Award — Alliance Mindset , received in France in 2020 from the then Global CEO of the Renault-Nissan Alliance .

Today, this experience translates into consulting, training, supplier development, and global sourcing, bringing more clarity to decisions, security to processes, and consistency to results.
